Department is one of the
five departments forming Inter-Consult Ltd. This
department has been providing Consultancy Services
in a wide field of projects and Construction Supervision.
Projects have been in the following
Categories:

Estates and Master Plans

and Academic Institutions

and Industrial Buildings
Activities:
The department
receives project briefs from would be Clients for
any project in the afore mentioned categories and
the Architects develop concepts tailor made to suit
specific briefs for presentation to Clients. In the
course of developing any scheme the department coordinates
closely with other disciplines e.g. Structural Engineers,
Services Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Land Surveyors
and Environmentalists to ensure that the Client requirements
are fully accommodated in order to optimize function,
quality and cost.
Upon receipt
of Client’s approval of the submitted sketches,
the department prepares working drawings incorporating
all the Clients needs at the same time liaise with
other departments for incorporating their specialist
inputs in the project. During the Construction stage
the department oversees construction supervision through
to delivery of the completed project.
